nice new quiet community with friendly staff

I have truly loved living at these apartments, and overall it has been a great experience for my family and me. From the beginning, the community has felt welcoming, quiet, and well cared for. The staff has always been very inviting and have helped us with any problems. I love the pool and the playground for our young kids, as feel like no nice apartments have a area for small children now. The apartments themselves are new. We haven’t had any issues at all since moving in. I’ve only needed to submit one work order, and it was completed the same day I moved in, which really impressed me and set the tone for how responsive and helpful the staff is. The staff here is always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. The amenities are beautiful, the property is clean and well kept, and you can tell the team puts effort into maintaining the common areas. Recently, they added picnic tables and more BBQ grills, which my family really appreciates. When we first toured, I came with my son, and the staff gave him bubble wands to keep him busy while we looked around. That small gesture meant a lot to me as a parent and really showed how thoughtful they are. Overall, it’s been a great place to live. My lease is coming up for renewal, and I’m hopeful they’ll offer something that helps us stay another year, because we truly enjoy living here and would love to continue calling this place home.

Great Team

Citizen House Blue Bluff has been such a great place to live, and I really want to give a shoutout to Austin in the office. He is seriously the best! He’s always so attentive and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him, no matter how small the question is. You can tell he cares about the residents and goes out of his way to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Great staff

Austin in the office is on point! He always is willing to help out and answer any questions we have. He even will help with our packages or pick up trash around the buildings. You can clearly see he cares about the complex and the residents. Thank you Austin for everything

Great apartment

New apartment home. Love the amenities. Super cute pool area. Austin in the office was super helpful and the main reason we applied to move here. He was so calm and friendly and walked me through the application process. Love the one bedroom home and can’t wait to move in soon. Definitely recommend checking this place out

Beautiful place to live

I love living here. The old management was a bit rough and was never in the office when we needed something. The new management took over a few months ago and you can see that they truly care for the residents and the property. They put speed bumps up which helps with the crazy drivers. They communicate with everything they are working on with newsletters each month. Austin in the leasing office is always happy to listen to us and get a solution for us as soon as he can. We tend to always ask for him but everyone in the leasing office is helpful and happy to be there. The property is always so clean and looks great. The maintenance team are fast with our work orders and overall amazing. I am proud to call this our home!
