The amenities and location are great, the leasing staff are the most incompetent bunch i’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. very little professionalism, absolutely no communication or transparency throughout the application process or leasing executikn

    This is my first big girl apartment after graduating college & I can say that it’s a great first start so far! everyone is really friendly & the community is fairly peaceful & the maintenance team is on top of things! It’s in a pretty secure area too!

      The apartments are absolutely beautiful along with the overall complex and front desk management is excellent, personally, my experience with Alejandro has been absolutely amazing anytime I ever need anything, he is truly the best front desk person I have ever dealt with in all of my time living in apartments. I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone especially if they want something close to downtown.

          Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We d like to clarify several points mentioned in your review to ensure accurate information is reflected. Regarding hot water concerns: after reviewing our service request system, we show no service requests submitted for hot water issues over the past three months from you. We encourage residents to submit work orders so issues can be promptly addressed. As for the garage access gate, the delay was due to an insurance claim after the gate was damaged by a resident attempting to enter while it was closing. Once the claim was approved, repairs were scheduled. This process required the gate to be removed, repaired off-site, and then reinstalled, all of which is dependent on vendor availability. Communication was sent via email and/or text throughout this process. The building entrance door referenced was temporarily not closing properly. For safety reasons, caution tape was installed to prevent unauthorized access while we awaited vendor proposals, approvals, and scheduling. During this time, residents still had full access to the building through two additional entry doors. The affected door has since been fully repaired and is functioning properly. All repairs follow an approval and scheduling process, and while we work diligently to resolve issues as quickly as possible, we are occasionally dependent on third-party vendors and timelines outside of our control.           My experience at this community was great when I first moved in at the beginning of 2024. I really enjoyed living here, especially being so close to my job. This was my first apartment living away from home, and I was excited and comfortable at first. However, over time, I started to notice a decline in the community as it became more populated. There are frequent issues with people smoking inside their units, and the smell travels through the vents into other apartments. Some residents also allow their dogs to urinate in the elevators or hallways and do not clean up after them. Outside the building, especially near the dog park, there is often a lot of dog waste left on the ground. Additionally, with package deliveries, I think there should be more lockers available. I have a friend who also lives in the building and has experienced packages being stolen by other residents. Increasing the number of secure delivery lockers could really help prevent this issue. There is also a concern with guest parking. There should be more designated guest parking spots. When I have company over, they often cannot park in the visitor lot because it is completely full. Expanding the visitor parking area would make it much more convenient for residents who have guests.

In addition to the visitor parking area located before the gate, we have extended guest parking to include Level 5 of the garage (top floor, uncovered area). This update has been communicated to residents through multiple reminders, and we hope this expansion helps make hosting guests more convenient.               My usually tranquil community has been eerily silent lately, except for one noisy exception: my upstairs neighbor, affectionately dubbed ""Big Foot."" Her constant clomping, stomping, and rearranging of furniture has become a daily soundtrack, disrupting the peace and making me feel like I'm living under a restless giant.

                Crosstown is very well maintained, however there were some minor communication issues throughout the leasing process dealing with affordable housing act. The community is lovely and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Since moving in I have had no issues with mail or packages being delivered and have been able to even leave a package over night, while away at work. Did have one incident with the pool where roughly around 10:30pm the alarm went off even though I used my code and gated in correctly. (Will need to read in more about the amenities) Overall a fantastic month at the community so far!

                  Everything about this complex is honestly above average except for the management team they are extremely bad and I genuinely cannot stress that enough they will make your time here as horrible as they can especially once they find out that you actually won’t let them just do whatever they feel like to you

                      The garage gate needs to be fixed. They keep lying and saying it will be fixed soon but it’s been months since we last came here and it still isn’t fixed, it’s unacceptable. I worked at an apartment complex before and I know it doesn’t take months to get a garage door fixed.

                            Few issue at the beginning but it was taken careful. Everyone’s nice and professional, they responded every quickly when I need assistance or have any questions or concerns. Usually when I call they help me out immediately if able and when I email it usually takes no more than 2 days to get a response back with great help.

                              I like my apt. I like my neighborhood. I wish maintenance would get it together. I have submitted 3 tickets to address 1 issue. Initially, I submitted a request to address a broken garbage disposal. After one visit, it was determined that a part would need to be ordered to fix the issue. The communication was top notch, but upon the second visit, there was a new issue. Apparently, after the garabage disposal had been worked on, something had gone wrong because there was a serious water leak when I attempted to use the dish washer. I submitted a second ticket, the team member who addressed this issue wrote on the maintenance report that someone had forgotten to connect a waterline. That was resolved after visit 2. I’ve now submitted a 3rd ticket because the garbage disposal is down again. I’m not sure what is happening, but I really wish this would be resolved indefinitely.

                                I enjoy living her, there are plenty of amenities and it's close to downtown. The staff is great and maintenance is quick to fix things. I do wish the grounds were better maintained and the door replaced near the parking garage because it's constantly unlocked and broken

                                  I’ve had nothing but a positive experience so far. Very well maintained and although there are complaints about the towing I’m glad the community is kept safe and locked down well. I’ve dealt mostly with Kassidy and she’s been great from our first visit! Very happy to be here.

                                        In June it’ll be a year of living in this community. I’m set to renew soon and I’m very satisfied with the staff and complex. A few minor hiccups here and there but nothing that couldn’t be resolved right away. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a luxurious living space at an affordable rate.

                                            Everything has been clean and well organized. The main issue I had was with ants and it was dealt with immediately. The complex is well maintained and is quiet at all times so it has been a great experience so far.

                                              Great Staff all around and excellent customer service. So far the few neighbors I've met are friendly. Looking forward to utilizing all the amenities when time permits. I'm pleased with my new home. I know capacity will come being a new complex but I'm enjoying while their aren't many living here yet.
