I have to agree with the unhappy reviews of this place. I've been here for a really long time and yes shame on me for staying even though I'm so unhappy here. I've tolerated this place because it's convenient to every thing plus I dread the physical act of moving. The old office staff years ago when I first moved in was awesome: ready to help you and happy to see you. Although the staff has been changing quite frequently the most recent office staff we have are just flat out rude. Your requests/complaints seem to be a bother to them even though it's their job to take them. I haven't had 1 good experience when I've gone there recently so I try not to go in. Maintenance is quick to patch problems in your unit rather than legitimately fix it or say they find nothing wrong with whatever you're having a problem with. If you live in the back units watch out because you're having to drive and dodge kids who use the parking lot for a playground while their mothers sit on the curb chit chatting not paying attention to the screaming kids running and riding there bikes with no regards to the fact that it's a parking lot with cars driving. This complex has just gone down hill. I don't believe that it's worth the crazy rent increase. This time for sure when my lease is up I'm out of here because I know that I can find a better complex with actual amenities and worth the money I'm paying. And please "Management" don't bother responding to this review with your generic "please call us so we can help you because we care" bs. You don't care about the tennant, just the negative review.
