Our experience has been very good with this Apartment Community. They are very professional and courteous. Neighbors are very helpful, caring (my new neighbor even sweeped my garage front clean :-)). They all very well-behaved and educated. Safe place for kids. Hope they build a walk way and small park within the community. Maintenance staff is friendly and responds on time. Also the best location you can ever think of, literally anything and everything is within half or 1 mile (Walmart, HEB Plus, Target, Home Depot, Kohls, Lakeline mall, Barnes&Nobles, Starbucks, Banks, Credit Union, Restaurants, Gas Station, Fire Station, Hobby Lobby, Cinema, even Immigration office for Green Card finger printing, etc. etc..)
