At Talavera we take resident safety very seriously. Randomly a bat did lose its way and ended up trapped in one of our breeze ways. Our team took immediate safety actions, informed all of our residents and was successful at preventing the spread of infection. Service is another topic we take seriously. There are many ways in which a resident can submit written requests for maintenance including e-mail, online applications and hand written notes of permission to enter. Once received, our staff of maintenance professionals responds with urgency and accuracy. While our leasing office is busy, we take time with each of our residents during the move-in process to fully explain the terms of the lease agreement. It is important to us that everyone knows and understands the terms that aid in operating a happy community. When a resident moves out, there are several charges that can be deducted from ones security deposit, including a final utility bill, cleaning charges and so on. If you would like a more detailed explanation of your move out charges, we are happy to review them with you. Please feel free to call the office and ask for the manager.
