"Tasteful but nothing special" could be the apartments motto

Getting a little pricey for what it it's. Dont get me wrong I don't have unrealistic expectations from an apartment complex or the people who work there but. I have looked at other apartment in the same or lesser price range and they had real granite, double sided fireplaces , wood flooring, and Berber carpets.. Just a bit tidier less dog crap all over the place I can see why the people here prefer to have there kids playing on the concrete parking lot rather than the grass. Parking... If you have a garage it's great Noise... I swear the people above me are havin seizures all night long stomping around like theyre in a parade. Other wise not bad people aren't out hollering and bickering. Just kids playing which is pleasant. Grounds. . . Covered in poopity poop poop poooooooooop Safety...pretty good for some reason well lit no concerns. Construction... Materials need updating. Plumbing need work otherwise eh Maintenance not sure I have no major unresolved issues Staff... They're ok Overall ok This place gets a B or B-
