I love this place! The new management is nice. The hot tub always works and it's always clean. There are doggy bags everywhere so no excuse no to pick up poop and they will fine people if caught or someone snitches on you. This is a pet friendly place, I actually got to keep my German Shepherd here! The place is well kept. This is a place for family and pets for sure. My one bedroom is $800 a month but I think it's worth it because of all the amenities. Only thing is that the gym's ellipticals have been broken for over 6 months now and they have been talking about replacing machines and they haven't yet because they recently painted all the buildings. I love the place enough to stay. The neighbors I have a great, they are quiet. The walls aren't that thin, it's decent for an apartment complex. I live on the first floor and I don't hear that much foot stomping upstairs. I have a surround sound system and I didn't know the bass was traveling upstairs til I had a complaint, so make sure you keep the bass off the wall and in the center of the living room. Pet rent is $10 per dog. I have one dog so I pay a total of $810 and I paid a non-refundable $500 fee for my german shepherd and another non-refundable $350 for my miniature shnauzer that I don't have anymore. Austin is the only place I know of that doesn't return pet fees. Oh and my rent didn't go up when I re-signed my lease because it all depends on the market. There are many different size 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartments, I think I got the second largest one because I have a lot of things. My storage spaces are large and so is my walk in closet! I have a lot of space!
