Really consider living here!!

I have lived here for the past 2 years. Yeah it was good at first; always had apartment gatherings, management was fun and friendly, maintenance was fast and reliable. Not soon after we moved in, the apartment went under some management changes, and maintenance seemed to change a dozen times, and everything seemed to spiral downward. Let s start at when you walk in. The staff they see you and see a dollar sign. This is be the only time you see them smile or be happy. Then you get the grand tour. It looks nice and it is good game room that nobody uses anymore, due to any more events and even when there is an "event" it s more like a bunch of people in a room. Management does not cooperate, wait I'm sorry, they are in the room. YAY! BTW, we used to have a cares team which was wonderful, they did ALL the events, always went out of their way, made homemade brunch once a month always had different events for the kids, probably the best things this place had. But guess what they are gone, moved out. Anyway, then you get the famed "business center". When they show you this room just ask to try out the computers. Try to log into hotmail or open a website. SOOOOOOO SLOOOOOWWW! Half the time ppl get so frustrated they just leave so it s always empty. Management is supposedly waiting to be approved for new computers. Printer is ALWAYS out of ink. But the fax works YAY! Gym is OK; nobody is ever really in it so it works. The pool is good, gas grills sometimes has propane and sometimes you have to share but nobody minds. But the pool closes AT 10!!!!! At 10:01 the pool ---- calls to inform the once security guard which has moved out ha-ha, to come and remove the quiet relaxing couple sitting in the hot tub enjoying the little time they have with each other in this crazy world we live in. Now, don t get me wrong if you just want a place to live and don t want to worry about half --- management or employees that seem like its a bother to help their residents then this is the place for you. The apartments are nice, the attached garages are convenient, and neighbors tend to stay to them self with an occasional "hi". Oh they are building/built a school right next to this place. Literally right next to it. Around school start time, it s hectic to do the turn around. You live off the toll so you will need to do the turnaround every time you need to use the front entrance. And around the time school gets out the back exit/entrance is lined up all the way to the street (Lake Creek). We have moved on from this place, I m sharing my experience only and it could vary from person to person. All I know is within the past few months it seemed like half the community moved out. Last I heard the prices with on the rise and there weren t any more "good deals". Oh and the gates don't open, half the time with the clicker, and the back gate sometimes doesn t open at all or doesn t close at all. Happy hunting!

Thank you for your review. We are focused on improving the service to our residents and our reputation online. We use feedback from our valued residents to identify areas that may need improvements and execute plans to impact our community in a positive way. Our pool hours and rules are for all residentsƃĀ¢Ć‚ā‚¬Ć‚ā„¢ protection. Quiet hours in Williamson county start at 10 pm each night and with the pool being a fun, enjoyable place to be, it does lead to louder levels of noise which in turn would disrupt the quiet hours if left open after 10 pm. Resident events are offered and we do try to change them up periodically to reach everyoneƃĀ¢Ć‚ā‚¬Ć‚ā„¢s interests. We are always open to suggestions and or ideas regarding the events that are held. The business center computers are equipped with firewall software to help prevent viruses and downloading of particular websites for everyoneƃĀ¢Ć‚ā‚¬Ć‚ā„¢s protection. This does tend to slow them down some but we are definitely looking into other, quicker ways to keep our computers secure. Our community offers two entrances and exits to the property, one which gives you access to the toll way and Parmer Lane, and the other which gives you access to Lake Creek Parkway. If you have any suggestions or comments on how to improve our community, please feel free to share them with s by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. We are listening.
