I WOULDN'T IF I WERE YOU!!!!!!!!
THIS COMPLEX IS NICE BUT THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.. MAINTENANCE DOES NOT COME IN A TIMELY MATTER ...THERE IS VERY LITTLE PARKING AND WHERE U DO GET TO PARK, THE SPOTS ARE SO SLIM THAT I NOW HAVE MANY DOOR DINGS FROM MY CAR BEING HIT. THE RENT IS WAY EXPENSIVE AND THEY EVEN CHARGE U TO PARK UNDER THE CARPORT 30-40BUCKS A MONTH ... I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS COMPLEX .. SAVE URSELF THE HASSLE!!!Manager

We sincerely apologize that your stay with us has not been to your satisfaction. We do strive to make Talavera an enjoyable place to call home. The majority of parking is open throughout the property and is offered on a first come first serve basis. Reserved parking is available with a nominal fee of $30 a month. Our maintenance team strives to address all work orders within 24 hours and we usually have them completed within the same day.
