1. The front staffs are really rude. 2. Not enough parking space for buildings at the back. 3. Children always playing on the parking lot. 4. Apartment rent is increasing (very expensive) 5. I have a private parking spot and once someone had parked their car on my spot. It was probably at midnight or 1. I called the front office and complained, maybe they can tow the car or whatever, but they didnt. I had to park my car around the very front gate of the apartment and had to walk all the way to the back.
