Unless your of Indian descent you will feel uncomfortable here. You can hear through the walls, even when a neighbors toilet is flushed. Don't live on the first floor because I have had everything stolen off of my balcony, down to the light bulb. The management doesn't help with any issues, same with the maintenance. DON'T live here unless you have no other choice, like I did. The amount you pay is not nearly the amount this place deserves.
