Pros
1) Front office is very courteous and make do with the resources they have
2) Maintenance requests are promptly attended to.
3) Great location with easy access to 620 and 183.
Cons
1) Stray cats are a problem
2) Children playing in the parking lots.
3) Back entrance cannot be used b/w 7:15 and 8 because of the traffic to the school next door.
4) Pet owners do not normally pickup after the pets.
5) Unreasonable charges when vacating the apartment (expect to pay any where between 150 to 250$) even after cleaning the apartment thoroughly.
