The location of these apartments is great but that's where it ends. Office staff isn't the greatest, there's a new guy there who can be rude. Dude you were hired to work with a property full of tenants act like youâ??re not bothered by us and if you can't, fake it. And sorry but the rest of the staff isnâ??t much better. Mail boxes have been broken into MULTIPLE times and we were NEVER notified of what was happening. Only recently were we informed that there were temporary boxes set up for us. Horrible feral cat problem, there are cats EVERYWHERE and I'm not exaggerating. There was a problem with kids playing in the parking lot like it was a park but that seems to have settled a bit. The apartments themselves are nice, best layout and great use of space. The appliances could use some updating but if you want that Iâ??ve been told thatâ??s extra $$ added to your monthly rent. Walls are thin but thatâ??s expected of an apartment. You can hear your neighbor and everything they do. Utilities are decent. Iâ??m in a one bedroom and pay about $85 for electricity in the summer but the water bills are a bit outrageous. Iâ??m paying $50+ for water/trash/sewer and the ever popular $5 a month mandatory pest control. Whether they come in to spray or not, youâ??re paying $5 a month. If you want someplace thatâ??s close to everything than this place has that going for it, other than that it really has itâ??s downfalls.
