The lady who works in the front office named Natasha is very nice and my dealing with her have been pleasant. I honestly believe she cares and tries to help. However, I cannot recommend a place that is quite frankly disgusting at the back of the complex. The floors of building 11 are gross. The first floor stairs has spaghetti sauce all over the stairs. If you go to the second floor you can see the trash stains from where trash has been dragged down the stairs from the scond floor apartments. And now the are putting the complimentary trash pick up back because we have people who cannot be bothered to throw out their trash. When we last had the service the second floor had trash frequently piled high. The railing on the second and first floor is so grubby and disgusting that I have taken to using hand sanitizer to clean my hand off. And now when you go to the third floor and seems like the people who cannot pick up their trash is spreading. Came home to rice and trash all over the third floor, as well. I find fault in the tenants who are approved to live here and for some reason cannot clean up after themselves. And the front office has never taken adequate steps to get people to clean up. Valet trash is not the answer. This place has become disgusting.
