Everything in my supposedly brand new, remodeled apartment is falling apart! One ceiling fan had to be replaced and another actually fell down from the ceiling with my kids in the room. The "wood laminate" you pay extra for every month is actually cheap vinyl strips glued to the floor. Now 9+ months later, the glue still squirts up from the floor all the time in big, runny, sticky globs. If you don't see it right away, it turns to a hard, sticky glob like gum. The floor peels up all the time. The cabinets are not "new" as I was promised but just painted. The paint peels off all the time. The cabinet drawers do not open and shut properly. A towel bar in the bathroom just fell completely off the wall onto my child. The tub faucet doesn't completely switch over to the shower as it should. The power goes out on a regular basis. Most of the cable outlets do not work. The dryer quit working and had to be replaced. The A/C was pouring water all over the apartment like a flood and had to be repaired. The windows in the bedroom leak and water pours in every time it rains. The window frames are now water damaged with stains and warping. The brand new kitchen faucet had to be fixed as it was installed improperly and would only go to one side of the sink. The sinks are rusty and old, making it impossible to really get them looking clean and nice. The water heater has been an issue for months as the pilot light will not stay lit. Now it won't light at all, and we have currently had no hot water for 2 days. I can't even imagine how long this will take. You can hear every foot step your neighbor walk, every time they use the toilet, and even more inappropriate things because the walls are so thin here. The officer manager is not always honest and treats people in a very disrespectful manner. She will literally tell you something then say it never happened. The pet policy is actually $600 for just one pet plus another $10 per pet, per month fee. There are feral cats with fleas everywhere that ruined all my herbs and plants and constantly puke and poo on the porches. There is almost always dog poo all over the place including the sidewalks, grass areas, and parking lot. This place is an absolute nightmare. Seriously, do not move here.
