I may not be the longest resident on the property, but this still feels like home over six years later. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic. I truly believe that they care about the community and the residents.

The staff have been attentive to any needs that have come up. I feel as a community that has experienced ever changing growth of a city like Austin that the home feel has never really changed. My pet is welcomed as much as I am.

I have lived at Lakeline Station for almost 5 years and it has been a pleasure living here. The staff is always kind to me and my pets. Maintenance is always prompt when responding to my service requests. Property management has always been responsive to questions or concerns in the rare event that they occur.

I was introduced to this property by a local apartment locater prior to my moving to Austin in 2017, a number of friends had moved into the complex prior to my arrival. I chose Griffis because it checked all of the boxes that I needed, though my list was short, they needed to accept dogs, included washer and dryer in the apartment, and be relatively close to work. Griffis Lakeline has met my expectations and more. Office staff have been nothing short of fantastic, I will even put a shameless plug for Leslie and Daniel! Maintenance issues are addressed super fast. I really appreciate the ammenities that are provided and the above and beyond service.

My personal interactions with the Griffis staff has been great. My issues are resolved quickly. I have not had any major issues. My dog and I are really quite comfortable in our home. I've been satisfied with my experience at Lakeline Station.
