Irresponsible responses to my A/C unit problems, going back to my 8/8/13 move in. For over a month the unit has been broken, of fixed for a day or two until the freon leaks out into my apartment (leaking evaporator coil). Recharging over and over has created a safety concern for the amount of R-22 exposure in my apartment.
