Friendly staff but not the most organized and I've made several requests to fix a leaking roof that has gone unresolved now for a couple months. My apartment has had an odor I've been unable to get rid of since I moved in and the kitchen appliances are all but useless. The fridge doesn't stay cold enough, the ice maker doesn't work, the oven temperature gauge is inaccurate and the stove isn't level.

Instead of fixing things or wanting the residents to inform them of f issues they are stopping communication to each other. Live here if you like dog poop, dead lawns, broken sprinklers, load neighbors, bark in ng dogs, and fireworks going off. Oh and if you move here and want to break the rules youbsigned in the lease all you have to do is say it wasnt you and there&apos;s nothing they will do. Our goal in approving posts is not to minimize any concerns or issues you have, but to keep active building a positive environment for everyone to enjoy. We would like for you to please contact the office immediately through email or phone with your concerns (pet waste issues, trash issues, loud noise, etc.) so we can help resolve these issues in a timely manner There is also a section on the portal where you can join groups within the community to get to know your neighbors with common interests. You may also use the portal as a marketplace to sell items If you have any specific questions regarding this, we would love to speak with you Have a wonderful rest of your day!

It's very clean quiet at night, gates and security officer, nice amenities, easy to pay rent, dog park, close to cedar park round rock and austin. Lots of parking, friendly staff. Highly recommend living here
