Verified Resident ā¢ 2015
PLEASE don't come to this place. It was quite OK when it was Talavera Apartments, but since it got bought over by Griffis Residential, it has been hell with the new management. We have a broken toilet that does not flush for 9 days as of today, but they have not sent anyone to fix it yet (STILL WAITING!!!). The smart office staff claim that they have one maintenance person who is still working on "backlog" of repairs, and say he will get to my apartment "today or tomorrow" after the backlog clears (they have been telling me this for over a week). They say I can use the other master bath toilet, so it is not an emergency. But my 6-year old sometimes forgets, and it is a big mess. 9+ days (and counting) to send someone to fix a toilet despite pleading everyday is not acceptable at all, I wonder why I came to this hell-hole.
