We preferred this apartments due to the proximity to school our kids attend. It is very close to the mall and shopping areas too. Staff is always helpful and respectful. Maintenance crew is very responsive and fast at resolving any problem.

Instead of fixing things or wanting the residents to inform them of f issues they are stopping communication to each other. Live here if you like dog poop, dead lawns, broken sprinklers, load neighbors, bark in ng dogs, and fireworks going off. Oh and if you move here and want to break the rules youbsigned in the lease all you have to do is say it wasnt you and there&apos;s nothing they will do. It's very clean quiet at night, gates and security officer, nice amenities, easy to pay rent, dog park, close to cedar park round rock and austin. Lots of parking, friendly staff. Highly recommend living here
