I have had a great experience since moving here. The only thing is the lack of things to do on the property. They state there's a dog park close by, but there isn't people who don't drive have to rely on public transportation and it's almost a mile to the bus stop.

We enjoy the space of the apartment and the locks on the doors too. Security of the building helps alot . The staff and maintenance are very professional and do what needs to be done when the request is sent

I've lived here a few months and I like my apartment very much. This is a NO SMOKING property and a lot of people smoke! It stinks and I don't like it. Pets pee in the elevators, people drop trash.

Please be wary when touring before moving in. This is a no smoking 55 and older and people smoke all the time especially pot. And management either is not aware air do not care to address the issue. This is one of many issues?

I lived here previously, had to move, and I'm now back I came back for a reason, I've always liked this complex, I've always liked living here, I keep to myself mostly, I don't usually participate in a lot of it activities going on mainly because it's hard for me to get around, and I usually lose track of when they are. That's my fault. I like the new management company that we have, I like the fact that the grounds are beginning to be cleaned up, I would like the elevator to be a lot cleaner and I would like the hallways to be a lot cleaner. When I lived here before this place was immaculate and it just went downhill. I know that it's difficult to keep a property this size extremely clean, but, it needs a lot of cleaning has a lot to be desired. I only write this from an understand point, but I must also point out that I have obsessive compulsive disorder and it's difficult for me going in and out of the apartment, it's mainly because I'm just used to being very clean.

I like living in this community however, a few things could change as far as people who do not live in this community walking through the hallways having people codes just come in and about as they please, and the hallways and walls could be a little cleaner and if this is supposed to be a smoke-free environment, it's too much smoking going on for people who have respiratory problems and so have you.

I have enjoyed many things about this community and have made many friends. I wish the activities were designed for a wider maturity level. The elevator is a sticky problem, being out for such lengths of time with no provisions for the renters who cannot go down the stairs. I do believe there are codes against this. This community is meant to be ADA approved and yet. The doors aren't easy to get through if you're on a scooter or walker. They are very difficult. Also, there are no curb cuts on the west side of the buildings. People on walkers, rollators, and canes would be helper by that addition. It would be so helpful if there was a walkway between the two buildings to protect us from the rain. It would be appreciated if building two head a patio area like building one. One with shade. Could we get some activities moved to building two. Also, the outside of the community is beautiful, but when you get to the residents hall, the concrete leaves much to be desired. Maybe a good cleaning? Thank you so much.

Pleasant, helpful with application. All questions were answered. My work orders were always completed in a timely manner. They also have activities for tenants. There is a food pantry once a month for tenants that is appreciated

My experience living here in the beginning was beautiful but in the pass 2 years so many things has changed in a bad way and there is always room for growth and new changes?I wish that corporate would come in a have a meeting with the residents and listen to our concerns?but for the most part I love living here,and this is a very nice community but in order to keep it nice we need to incorporate new changes to make it better.

I've a great unit it's very spacious. I love my apartment.?? The neighbors are very friendly. .It's awesome environment, and a great community to live. Easy access to bus transportation. Walmart Shopping center 15min. away! Along with some other great store. Three big HEB Stores!???? If, you don't feel like cooking, they're many fast foods restaurants with walking distance, Whataburger, KFC, I-Hop, Domino's, and a lots more to mention. To grab a bite to eat!?? Relax on your spacious big balcony, especially when the weather's cool @ night.??

It is a comfortable community of independent people. Its slightly more affordable than most other 55+ apartments. Been here two years and am happy to be here, and its close to my work. Located next to a small park it has space for walking and being outside.
