These apartments are old and overpriced. When something is fixed it is done so poorly. The fixed item breaks again. I think if they want to charge more they should update. My cabinets are falling apart. They are cheap and old.

The appliances are outdated. There is also no maintenance on the chimney. I stay at this apartment because it is near my family and workplace. It seems like the same things need constant fixing. I understand the complex is older. At some point things need to be replaced.
