I was a previous tenant here in 2014 when the community first opened and have since returned. I have been to many communities in the Austin area and landing has been by far the best. The price is right for the space, the grounds are well kept Compared to my last two communities, and the staff is amazing. Although these are not brand new apartments they have definitely kept up with the brand new look. I regret ever leaving the landing and I am glad to be back.

My overall experience with the Landing at Double Creek has been exceptional in all areas from maintenance, office staff and management. I am particularly grateful for the extra help that the management staff has given me during some recent hard times that I have endured. Without their help ok not sure that I would still be a resident. Thanks for caring enough to work with me. I am truly touched and forever grateful. Keep up the great work because our wonderful apartment community is a mere reflection of how you all do business.

Very friendly neighbors, the apartment space is great. The staff is so nice, and ready to answer all questions you have. Made the move in so easy, and hassle free. The parking for residents is great. The visitor parking can use a few spaces, but overall great.

Very Friendly Staff, Grounds are well maintained. Apartments are modern. All maintenance issues were resolved quickly and professionally. So far a great experience. There is a renovation to the pool area and community room/Gym I have seen the new drawings and looking forward to seeing the completed work.

I hate this community because the manager has something stuck up her behind. I came in for a tour and she was very rude and was talking to me as if I was some low down child who didn't know what was going on. --------- was her name and she let me know that it was none of my business what her last name was. I said okay and I wished her better days to come. My intentions isn't to run business away I do want to let the public know that the office has no respect for anyone because they are used to dealing with people that are ---------- which comes with ignorance.

I have rented with the landing double creek for years now. I first rented back in 2017. I stayed with them for about and year and they where so good to me which is why I decided to come back and rent with them again this year. All the staff working here is great very knowledgeable of everything and very helpful too. I didnt want to waste my time looking for a new apartment complex knowing that I would receive great service here.

I love living at The Landing at Double Creek because of the beautiful landscape easy access to shopping centers and the great schools around and also the management is wonderful. I love the newly remodeled pool and gym area I also like that the apartments try to do something on a monthly basis for the residents to keep everyone involved

Staff and management does a great job maintaining and updating the property. Most tenants I have interacted with are courteous and pick up for themselves. Maintenance is friendly and response. Only thing that would be nicer would be more visitor parking spaces.

I could not be happier with The Landing at Double Creek. It is a safe, and quiet apartment complex and is in a very convenient location--The Southpark Meadows shopping center is only about five minutes away!

I've had a pleasant experience with the staff of the landing double creek. Management is always courteous, friendly and responses to questions or concerns quickly. I'm satisfied with the service they provide. So much so, that I've lived here since 2013. I will miss the staff and community (neighbor's) when we move out for a bigger space (need space to park a 40 ft trailer and more bedrooms for when we have family over).

Loved the place at first and everyone was helpful but the longer we stayed the more they cared less. Weve called to talk to management about things but they just seem like they dont care. My roommates car got vandalized and they said they would look into it but pulsing find anything and we were just screwed over.

I like the community itself. The apartment I moved into has a great layout. I did notice quickly how there was a lot of trash and dirt around the complex and in the stairwells. I can often hear other residents in the community being loud through my walls. Other than that, Ive enjoyed my stay so far.

From day one I felt guilty, guilty that I get to live life in the lap of luxury for a very affordable price. The apartment is spacey and well designed, the amenities inside of the apartment are baller as hell(Im speaking candidly here), and the closet is my favorite thing about the apartment. It's like a whole other room(I'm exaggerating but depending on the model you can have a roomy closet). The community events from brunch, to thanksgiving dinners, really make one feel appreciated as I've never had the pleasure of an apartment complex do these type of favors. The staff is always welcoming and helpful even if I seldom need their assistance, they're always eager to assist. All experiences differ, I understand every person has different needs and demands and I respect that, but personally I love this place.

I love my home. Everyone is so nice to each other. First apartment, its awesome. The dog park and the resident club house Is wonderful. its right next to southpark medows shopping center were my wife and I usualy go to kill time.

I just moved out after living here for 3 amazing years. I wouldn't have left but I found a house at an unbelievable price(if you know Austin, you know this is a steal!) The staff was amazing my entire time there and I have never lived at a place where I've had the same staff during my whole stay. As a long time Austin resident I recommend this place to anyone who asks! This is a definite jewel of a community.

I recently had the good fortune to spend nearly two months with my son at The Landing at Double Creek and, based on my personal experience, can unequivocally say that this complex is a great choice for a home or a temporary stay. Units are attractive, maintenance is prompt and efficient; the place is well-managed and maintained from one's apartment to the recreation complex, parking and grounds. Best of all is the staff who offers kind and helpful service with a smile. I leave offering thanks and gratitude to all the fabulous staff. Highly recommend!

Living at this property was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! If it wasn't for my desire to relocate to another city, I would've stayed at this beautiful community! The grounds were always clean, neat, and well-maintained. Maintenance was always prompt with work orders. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the Manager Santiago was my favorite property manager of all time! He and his staff are very personable , friendly and fun! The community has a variety of events for residents of different interests and ages throughout the month which added a nice touch to the overall warm feel at this property. I always looked forward to coming "home" to my peaceful apartment and will definitely miss living there along with the great stuff! I would recommend this community to anyone!

BEST APARTMENT LIVING IN TEXAS!!! I love living at The Landing. After searching all over Austin, trying to find a place close to downtown, I found The Landing to be, not only a tranquil retreat from the city, but the best bang for your buck. My favorite part of living here is the superb team of people who manage this property. They are super friendly with a penchant for efficiency, perfection and accommodating each client with respect and professionalism. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, you can relax and enjoy a beautiful, clean, quiet community. I love that it is located on the edge of town. You get the downtown upscale amenities. Indoors: marble tops and hardwood floors; Outdoors: the tranquility of country living. I will never move from here. I feel proud to live here. The Landing is truly MY HOME. DOGGIE FRIENDLY!

I love living here! I moved to Austin from Sam Marcos and was super nervous about it. Santiago, Luis and the rest of the office staff are the reason why I renewed my lease even though I was thinking of leaving and renting a home. The events that are hosted on site are super fun and the staff really strives to make sure you feel welcome and apart of the community. When I place work orders they are always completed in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful! I have a dog so when I place a request I ask that they complete it at a certain time and to please call me before entering my home and they always do so. The Pool is kept clean during the summer and I love the move night events they host by the pool. Valet Trash is an awesome plus to living here! I am looking forward to the holiday events they have planned and if I was not buying a home in 2017 then I would most definitely renew my lease with them again. I would recommend this place to anyone that is interested!
