Don't bother moving here. The walls are paper thin. Not only can I hear my neighbors music so loud that I can not hang pictures on the wall we share, but I can hear them talk, sing and party often. Dogs bark all day and all night. The office doesn't intervene, nor care. I haven't been so miserable in an apartment. I can't be in my room in silence, and half the time the person upstairs is also blaring music. Also, they give you parking stickers but don't enforce parking. So whenever anyone is the building is having a party or more than 1 guest over, there is NO parking for the resident. The apartments were very obviously thrown together at the last minute, so doors open up to other doors, light fixtures are crooked, my floors when I moved in were absolutely FILTHY. The dishwasher is horrible. You can't choose an internet provider. Somehow only time warner works here (ugh). They don't keep the grounds watered or clean. There has been trash blowing behind my apartment, since I moved in at the end of November. Not to mention, they can come do inspections and "check the cleanliness of your apartment" when they feel like it. Not comfortable with that at all. The price I pay to be completely miserable and not want to even be in my apartment is absolutely ridiculous. Save your money. DONT move here.
