This place has been great! The place is brand new so it has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and nice wood floors. Everything at this apartment has been a pleasure, the pool is great, they got gas grills that are kept in great shape. The staff is probably the best part I dealt with the manager (cant remember her name) she was super friendly and very helpful, we had a charge on our first month that they said would be taken off and it wasnt, so i went in and talked with her she was super friendly and immediately took care of it and also asked us about any issues we had and to make sure everything else we might have an issue with was addressed. The leasing agent we spoke with, christian, was extremely helpful in getting us signed up and even now when I see him remembers us by name and always asks us how we are doing. After dealing with several other apartments over the years this is by FAR the best place ive lived at. You got southpark meadows 5 minutes in one direction and buda downtown 5 min in the opposite and downtown is only 15 or so minutes away. The only three negatives I have which aren't too big of a deal are that the doors for the apartments and stairwell are on springs so they slam shut. So for example when trying to move a couch up the stairs you have to throw the door open and immediately put your foot in the way or itll slam shut on you. The only other complaint is when we had a maintenance issue it took about a week to take care of, but it wasnt anything major (needed a new light bulb). Finally they use valet trash here and we have been told they pick up promptly at 7 but often they dont pick up trash until 10-12 every night and a few nights never came at all, I have talked to the office and they are supposedly addressing the issue. Otherwise no issues at all only high praise for this place! Parking is great, I'm able to park in front of my building every day without a problem. I have yet to hear anyone above or below me so the walls definitely arent paper thin like alot of places. If you are looking for a reasonable priced place in a great location this place definitely should be on your list.
