I don't know why these people are complaining about the $400 special (it's not a scam). If that's the only reason you're renting there, then you're an idiot! Besides, if you read your contract you would know when to expect your $400 gift card. I would suggest NOT talking to the lady managers there about that (or anything else), they look lost and confused and kinda rude (all residents i've spoken to agree with me). All my issues/questions have been dealt with --------- since day 1, he works at the front. If it weren't for him, i'd be living in a crap apartment somewhere else. He's patient and will answer all your questions and he's honest about everything. Dont even bother getting a tour of the apartments if he's not doing it!
Anyway, the apartments are brand new and have a fair rate compared to other apartments ive seen. They are also gated and are close to everything you need.
The only complaint I have is that if you don't have GOOGLE MAPS installed on your phone, you will probably never find them. My moving company took almost 2 hours looking for the apartment complex.
Other than that, I haven't had any problems here, i love it!
