Moved in August 2013 when it was Landmark Double Creek. It was great and the management was very helpful. After the change of name and management I saw this complex deteriorate. The staff didn't seem knowledgeable and felt like they made up rules and regulations as things came up. The grounds were unattended and disgusting. It didn't help people would my pick up after their pets but the previous management kept up the grounds. I lived on the third floor and the stairway was full of spider webs and was no longer being swept. I don't think I've ever seen so many spiders even ran into one in my closet which I've never had a problem with again with the previous management. We had teenagers hang out on the stairway as well and complained about it. Seemed like that was the only thing they took care of. Moved out this past summer and I'm glad I don't have to deal with all those issues. Definitely not worth the money.
