This complex is a joke. If you own a car DO NOT LIVE HERE. You can't park it. I have gone to the office about this issue multiple times and nothing has changed. Oh wait, I take that back. Now they are towing residents when they are forced to park in designated visitor spots or when they have an expired inspection.There is also little to no outdoor lighting. It is like a rapist's dream. The lights in my unit's stairwell were out for about a month before they were replaced even after a maintenance request. There is also dog poo galore in all grassy areas. These same grassy areas turn into a swamp every time it rains because they didn't properly aerate and irrigate the area. If it wouldn't cost me over a thousand dollars to break my lease I would already be out of this dump. I also really enjoy listening to my neighbor sneeze and yell and stomp around. Someone had all the tires stolen off of their car the other night, too.
