I would not recommend this apartment complex. The management and maintenance staff is poor at best. When I moved in the apartment was filthy, I asked for an additional clean and could not see a difference after the second. Hair, trash, dirt and pet hair were in the apartment and it was up to me to clean. I had light fixtures flicker all the time and when we asked maintenance to take a look, they said it was fine and it was just the light bulb going out. Maintenance would not replace the bulbs to prove this, so I had to find a place that sold the specialty twist lock bulbs to replace and nothing changed, they still flickered and burned out within months. It was mandatory to pay the $25 a month trash pickup. They would only pickup one bag at a time so if you have two trash bags, you will have to store one for the next pickup. During the holidays trash pickup would skip 4 to 5 days and you had to deal with the trash bags. There is not a place to take trash yourself, so you are just stuck with trash. I had a few instances where the office would sign for packages and would not notify us that they had done so. Only after I called the place I ordered the item did I find out that is was signed for several days prior.
I have lived in several apartments and have found you get what you pay for. I decided to pay what I thought was a premium to avoid the bad service that comes with cheap apartments. Unfortunately I did not avoid this at Landmark.
