Almost 2 years ago, I moved to Austin for work. The Landing was the first placed I walked in to. I immediately felt at home. The design, the layout, the view was perfect for me. I was far enough from Downtown for things to be "slow" but close enough to get into town and enjoy what Austin is about. I looked at multiple places that day,... but I found myself comparing every complex to The Landing. Aesthetics, Design, Quality were all matched for me. The management team I currently deal with are impeccable. They address everything with kindness. A little communication and effort goes along way with this team. This was the first time I understood what a complex community should be like. This area is so nice. Southpark Meadows literally around the corner and everything you need is available. If I could sign for a 3rd year I would. The cool thing I liked is this is one of those places that what you see in the pictures on the outside is exactly what it looks like. What you get when you walk into the sample apartment... is exactly what you get in yours. It's been my home since I've moved to Austin and will always be good memories as I move forward.
