Like other reviewers have said, the staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. It has made living here a total nightmare. I agree with the previous reviewer--they look at you like you are an idiot when you request simple maintenance tasks be performed. That's really the only way to describe the way the staff treat the residents--they treat you like you are an idiot. I could not believe the way the staff blatantly disrespected me and failed to treat me with just basic courtesy on numerous occasions, and clearly after reading the reviews I am not the only person who has experienced this. The grounds have trash everywhere, no one cleans up after their dogs, and their parking here is completely ridiculous. Read the other reviews.
