Moving out of a house and going to apartments was a skeptical process for me but so far at the Landing everything has been great. We've done a couple of service calls and they immediately take care of the problem. Parking seemed to be a problem in the beginning but it seems like they are aware of the problem and are putting action to this matter. The only thing that can get annoying are the doors in every entrance of the floors. Although it seems annoying, I was very relieved to see that that was actually a stop to my neighbors dog that accidentally escaped as they opened the door. Overall, I see the staff tries and most of all I feel save in this complex as they keep many outdoor lighting at night.
