update 11/12/19 Despite literally dozens of complaints to management about the extremely loud music coming from the next door neighbor, it continues into the late night and early morning. I cannot believe the lack of concern for my well-being. The leasing agents are great, but the management of this complex has the worst customer service for any product or service I have ever received in my life. This apartment complex has many positives the best of which is outstanding leasing agents. The problem is that management will not effectively stop LOUD NOISE and LOUD MUSIC most importantly after 10pm. It is so bad and so frequent that I LOSE SLEEP to the point I AM REGULARLY TIRED AND STRESSED FROM DISRUPTED SLEEP. If you want to play your music loud at all hours and stomp around all night then this is your place. If you want to live a normal life with respectful neighbors and you require regular sleep, look elsewhere.
