parking situation sucks. i was pacified by leasing staff saying that as long as you follow the instructions when registering guests, you will be safe from being towed. My first week they towed a properly registered and parked guest, and are still trying to bill him. basically theft.
other things that werent working upon move in, were ignored by the leasing agents when i emailed them about it.
i feel like they are just there to sign leases then youre on your own. really not a good feeling. not sure if i would recommend
