Years ago I would recommend this one but not now. The apartment was nice and after changed couple of different managements then not as good as before. The price is high and a lot of things need to be fixed. The gate. Garbage disposal is very ugly due to weekends.

I live here more than one year. I love the community. The maintenance team is the best. Sometime the waiting time is longer than what I expect. The dog park can be clear(mow, cut the bush, etc.). Hope there are more activities in the future.

The community is worth for the monthly rent. Sometimes the neighborhood is noisy. The maintenance team is fantastic. They are like your friends or families. The APP is easy to use but do not pay the fees manually just set up antopay.

Not very well. When I moved in the house was not ready yet. The rooms are dirty and a lot of alive bugs. The past control keeps coming but nobody clean the house when the bugs died. A lot of scratchs on the floor and surfaces but nobody fix them.
