WE have already started power washing the breezeways.  The maintenance team is working on building 3 and will not stop until all the buildings are complete. I moved in late November. It is now almost the end of June. The entire time Ive been here the office has been under construction. We were told it would be done by the end of May! Not only that but I had to go out and pay for a gym membership because there is no complete gym here and also the pool is under construction. Ive also had pest problems and the cleanliness of the property is not up to par. The hallways of the apartment buildings are dirty and a lot of debris. Not to mention bird poop all over the hallways.

When I moved to LDC&#44; it was only about 50&#37; occupied and I was one of the first to move into my building. Overall nice area&#44; gated community&#44; and usually quiet (3 senior facilities across the street) never hear a peep out of them. Even though it&#39;s located right off 35&#44; doesn&#39;t seem to get too noisy out here. Rent is decent&#44; about average compared to other complexes I checked out. I received a concession when I signed my lease so instead of $875 I pay a little less than that each month. I have the A2 648 sq feet I think&#44; which is feasible for just one person&#44; may get crowded if you have a never ending surplus of visitors.  Parking is hit or miss&#44; I&#39;m cheap i.e. too cheap to get a covered spot or garage. Occasionally when I stay out &#34;late&#34; around 12 or 1:00 AM&#44; it is difficult to find an open spot&#44; and you may find yourself parking several buildings over or driving around for a while to find something closer. Nice to have your own washer and dryer&#44; but closets/storage space are extremely small. Also&#44; I must agree with others&#44; the walls are pretty thin&#44; I&#39;ve found myself studying late at night on the couch and was able to hear my neighbors&#39; snoring.... Don&#39;t really use the dog park so can&#39;t comment there&#44; neighbors above me have a dog which can sometimes be a bother&#44; but nothing major. Pool is nice&#44; but does get crowded pretty quickly when the weather&#39;s nice. MOST (not all) of the people in the office are nice and helpful. However I am not too fond of the new management&#44; customer service is certainly not their forte&#44; and that is just my personal opinion! I had a simple maintenance issue that could have been easily and simply resolved&#44; but turned into a major catastrophe. Needless to say the lack of assistance and attention to the matter really turned me off (again just my personal opinion). Moral of the story&#44; if you are simply looking for a decent place to live that&#39;s affordable and fairly new&#44; this is definitely your place. But if you are also looking for management who actually cares and will help you with issues as they should&#44; you may want to think twice about making this your &#34;home.&#34;
