Ive lived here for five years. I have had reasonable rent the whole time, especially in Austin. Staff in leasing office is always nice and accommodating. The grounds are kept nice and pretty, and the maintenance staff is excellent.

I love my little apartment that I have lived in for the past four years at The Landing at Double Creek! Management is very responsive and available when needed. Maintenance is exceptional and very prompt. The grounds are very well-kept and the renovation of the leasing office and clubhouse is very nice. My apartment looks good as new.

Very happy living here, staff is wonderful, maintenance wonderful. Grounds are always kept nice. Anticipating a rent increase, hope it is not as much as last time. I feel good value with what I pay, and I have a garage. Need more visitor parking. Like that packages are delivered to my door and I do not have to go to the office to pick them up.
