The Landing at Double Creek is a good apartment complex for what you pay for. The rental price is good for the area, and the staff is willing to work with you. However, I think the building is cheaply built. The walls are very thin, I can hear the next door apartments alarm going off and can hear conversations when people are on the sidewalk or in their apartments. Being next to 35, I constantly hear sirens or cars. Parking is terrible, they have some deal with the towing company that tows peoples cars- even residents cars. You wont get anything fancy but you will get what you need.
