A wonderful place

I have been a resident of Mission Tanglewood for well over ten years. I believe the value (price, amenities and location) afforded it s residents is unmatched in Southwest Austin. Tanglewood is a cozy, quiet, family oriented apartment complex located nestled among trees, yet with quick access to restaurants and retail stores (and located equidistant between IH -35 and MoPac). As wonderful as all these things are I believe the management of any residential property is crucial to the quality of life afforded it s residents. I know (far) too many stories of friends whose apartment repairs and other service needs, are met only after lengthy delays, or in some cases -- not addressed at all! Such is not the case at Tanglewood. The experienced staff of Mission Tanglewood has been managing the property for many years; something which is a rarity in the industry. Caryn, Anna and Rozi are always smiling, friendly, and willing to do whatever possible to make Tanglewood truly home for all it s residents. I love the location, but it is truly the exceptional service provided by these wonderful ladies (and the entire Tanglewood team) which has kept me calling Tanglewood home (for) all these years.
