First let me start off by apologizing if you have felt that we are fake and not concerned about our community and residents. I would love the opportunity to discuss your concerns/complaints with you personally. I will address each of your concerns below in case you are not able to stop by the leasing office. As far as the property is dirty and smells like garbage I am concerned because be clean up our grounds daily as well as Saturday mornings. If there is an area of the community that needs more attention feel free to let us know with a phone call or even a note left in the night box. We will have it taken care of immediately. My team and I take pride in our community and hopefully our quality of work reflects that. It seems that as some point that hasn't happened and in order for us to correct the problem we need to be notified. Yes there are times when we need to shut the water off to the buildings and/or community in order to perform plumbing repairs. It is not always an option to notify 364 apartments of the shut off due to emergency situations and water leaks. We try to keep these incidents to a minimum but at times it is necessary to perform needed repairs. You also stated your concerns about security and not having a gated community. As for not having gates due to our community having seven entrances and exits gates are not an option due to the design of our community. We have a patrol service that walks the community five times a night to help deter any possible crime but nothing is fail-safe. You are more than welcome to review these reports in the leasing office. I do monitor police reports to see if there is any activity on the property that needs to be addressed. As far as your knowledge that "there are lots of break ins and no security even after all the break ins" I am not sure what incidents you are referring to and I am curious to the information you have and that I need to know so that I can handle and address the incidents. I am truly sorry that you feel like you live in a "dump" I take pride in the community and hopefully moving forward you will see that pride reflects in the overall appearance in the community.
