Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. I would love to speak with you in person about the problems you have been having since you moved in. Yes you are correct people place items at the dumpster and we have them picked up as frequently as possible. This is usually performed twice a month. I have managed the community for eight years and per the Austin Police Department the only way we can take legal action is to press charges and point the suspect out of a line up. Believe me this is as frustrating to us as it is to you. As for insects we cannot control insects that are found naturally in our environment outdoors. We do not have the means to keep roaches or other types of bugs out of the pool area. However, there are steps that can be taken inside your home and I will be more than happy to discuss these with you if you would like to come by the office. The flea issue may be caused if you are letting your pet(s) outside. If this is not the case we can treat your home for these insects as well. The pool area is monitored by a security company and has been since June 2011. Neither the office nor the security company can prevent people for violating pool rules but since the patrol service started there has been a significant decline in complaints from residents about people in the pool after hours. As far as during pool hours of 10am to 10pm there will be activity and it can get noisy since at any given time in the summer there are 20+ people at the pool. I am truly disappointed that you regret moving in and I a hoping that we can help resolve any of the issues that are within our control. I look forward to speaking with you.
