First off, don't get pulled in with the free cookies and sweets they give you from what I'm about to tell you all.
I've been here for about 4 years now. Things have changed so much that it's not a friendly as much anymore and you get charges for recycling & trash valet automatically in your rent every month that is $25.00. No you can't live here unless you pay for this.
Just recently I heard that our apartment us to take down there Halloween decorations around our windows of our patio because it's not a safe or clean environment? They were threatening to charge you $50.00 if you don't advice by it. Not cool if that fall into a residents favorite holiday just like Christmas. If your a fan of Christmas they will do the same to you.
They will get you and tell you that the rent is the cheapest in south Austin so it's pointless to go elsewhere. This is where they get you as well to act like these charges are nothing. Yea it's a little cheaper than anywhere else around but you don't fix the issues with the doors and closets shifting in each apartment.
I wouldn't recommend anybody to live here anymore. Supposedly the office always talks about corporate changing everything as well and they can't do anything about it. 3 women who act like your a important part of there life's but it throw charge fees or
Obviously their all about the money these days and not what the residents wants in the end to make Mission Tanglewood better.
You'd figure this corporate would help build this apartment into a better place, but in the end it's is once again. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!
Terrible place to live and will be moving out really soon.
