I am currently a resident and have to say that I cannot wait to move out. The apartments are not kept well and takes days for maintenance to fix anything. Anytime you need to call the front office they never answer the phone. The apartment has changed owners and staff multiple times since I have been here. This is the only apartment in Texas that I have lived in that seems to not want to cut you any slack on giving notice to move out.
The parking is generally a pain since it seems that there are quiet a few free loaders living at this complex. The grounds are also not kept up very well. They may get done and look nice but are then not kept up with again for a while. The concrete and overall niceness of the apartment outside is terrible. The building is old, outdated and at times seems to be falling apart. The parking lot concrete is in horrible condition, with potholes and almost seems that it is gravel.
The safety is somewhat a concern. I don't really feel safe with the people that live in these apartments, having witnessed people dealing and doing drugs inside of their cars in the parking lot.
In terms of the overall apartment attitude. It seems to be that they are nice but the moment they can get any sort of money from you they will. If you absolutely must sign a lease here, my advise to you is be careful and follow everything to the 't'. If you do not you will find yourself unhappy and out a lot of money.
