I Have lived here for about 2 years, After the first year rent went up. The apartments are REALLY small and the appliances are super outdated, had problem with dishwasher and the supposedly replaced it with a"new" one but still having problems. The wall in our living room gets rained on every time it rains there is water coming down the wall, complained to the maintenance people they came and put a filling on the outside, but water still comes in, now there is mold, maintenance dude said "we will put a fresh coat of paint so you wont have to look at a water damaged, moldy wall" and still nothing has been fixed. Also there are a lot of bugs had the pest control people come in but still had problems with Beatles, rollie pollies, crickets, ants, roaches, so we ended up buying our own bug barrier and that seem to work way better. And the walls are paper thin, our upstairs neighbor sings every day and loud,it seems like he likes to sing right when we are trying to sleep, you can hear his conversations too. So its horrible. I would NOT recommend living here at all. Oh and that waste pick up sucks, same days they don't even pick it up and we end up taking it out.
