I liked living here... There were problems with our door, dishwasher, and disposal but the place is old. I think the building really is sinking but for short term it was nice. The last place we lived in had bug infestation and super loud neighbors, so this was HUGE!!! step up. The cost was nice and having the trash people helped out a lot (just don't leave it out too long or forget the can) because we lived on the 3rd floor and it would have been a pain. I loved Amanda in the front office, (She is gone now) so did my daughter and without her I would have never gone up to the office. Everyone else is civil but she made the whole experience better. They just changed companies again so I don't know how it is now. Residents were good at least around building 5, and there was plenty of parking. short walk to the gas station.T hey have laundry hook-ups and a laundry room but DO NOT leave your clothes, we had a guy trying to stealing things but we caught him so nothing got taken. We also moved out early and had to pay a month of rent on top of our rent but we were buying a house and it went faster than we had thought so it was worth it. I would recommend this place if you need a cheap apartment, close enough to everything (downtown, circle c ranch park, HEB, gas station, food) and a good area
