The worst renting experience in 35 years. 2 weeks and 3 attempts to fix my heat during the cold spell with temps in the 20's and the temp in my apt in the 50's. Neighbor above me throwing their cig butts on my balcony and the management can't seem to stop it. Water being shut off without notice 5-7 times in the last 6 months. The pool has been closed for months. They collect rent for all the amenities but don't deliver on them. They have painted and changed out fans and vinyl flooring but all they are really doing is putting lipstick on a PIG. Avoid renting here.
