So me and my wife has lived at landmark at Prescott woods for over 3 years now and ever since they switched property management it has gone downhill. Our water bill has doubled in just the past year and the office is no help in invesigating. I've been trying to receive just 1 call back about this for over 2 months now and still waiting after messages about every week. I go up to the office today to ask why I haven't been contacted and they just give the run around and say that will contact me monday, 3 days later, that the manager is out. I then talked to the property manager anna, the one I asked to call me multiple times and is in the next room, and she said, "yes, I probably got your message and flagged them but just deleted them, it gets busy." This is coming from the PROPERTY MANAGER!!!! Needless to say we were waiting on a call back before the first of the year to make a decision on if we were staying and we have decided to go with the 6 month and move out in June. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The apartments are nice but the staff not so much since the change. They don't care about there residents and that's a shame. Please hire new people who actually care about the people paying to make this place there home. Lack of communication is my complaint.
