I was so excited when I moved into Landmark at Prescott Woods. They have a lovely "old Austin" feel to them and my apartment is nice enough. Well, now that I have been here a few mos., I can not wait to move out. The grounds are not well kept. They don't enforce any of the rules and their own workers are some of the worst offenders. They dig holes and don't fill back in, I almost broke an ankle twice while walking my dogs in the dark because the light is fairly bad as well. I did twist my ankle pretty bad in one the non-filled in holes. The noise inside my apt can not be heard well outside, but the reverse in not true. I hear everything. Plus the unit is not energy efficient at all. I had a non-working garbage disposal from the time I moved in and it took over 4 mos and it finally dropping from the sink before it was corrected. It has been worse since the new management took over. Not a happy resident.
