I lived at Landmark at Prescott Woods for four years and just moved out March 2016. I really enjoyed my time there, and it was one of the better apartments that I have lived in. Pros: * Nicely kept outside * Nice appliances in kitchens and bathrooms * Great Dog park * Nice little gym open 24hrs a day w/tvs * Pretty trees and green grass * Nice Office staff * Good parking * Safe to walk around at night * Good location in town *Grocery store nearby *Spacious one bedrooms * Big Closets * Pet friendly * Free computer use * Laundry facilities *Patios are nice Cons: * A lot of fees * one unhelpful office staff member * Seen some cars get broken into * Need to live on second floor at least * Short notice before they come into your apartment * Water bill is higher now * You have to pay for Valet Trash * Laundry machines need updating and cleaning badly * Smaller pool
