I would like to have a better communication and sometimes do seem a little rude. I do like that they like to keep it clean. If only we can get people to stop throwing their trash away into our trash can bins outside makes it look messy. Referral sucks we have referred 2 people and have not yet received the money they say they give out. I would like to have the option to not have to pay for someone to pick up trash when we never use it, we throw our own trash away. Paying for something we never use and can't get out of it.
